1:1 Somatic Release Session
An intuitive 90 minute session that will allow you to release any stagnant energy/ stuck emotion in the body through the use of modalities such as coaching, somatic meditation, breathwork, reiki, sound therapy and embodiment practices. Each session is uniquely curated to meet the clients needs. We will begin by taking some time to tune in together and set an intention for the session. This is immensely helpful if you are needing support moving through an intense emotional process, or if you are needing support letting go of stress and anxiety.

Private Soundbath (1:1, Corporate, Parties, Small Groups)
Immerse yourself in a therapeutic sound experience designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit, as you embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation.
During this intimate session, you will be enveloped in a symphony of therapeutic sounds created by a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and more. These resonant vibrations will wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.
I will craft a custom sound bath experience to address your specific needs and intentions, allowing you to release stress, rebalance your energy, and unlock your inner peace. Through the power of sound, you will be able to access profound states of tranquility.

Private Yin Yoga
In this private session, we will embark on a journey of gentle yet powerful postures designed to nourish both the body and the mind. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and a sense of calm.
As your dedicated instructor, I will guide you through a series of passive poses held for an extended period, allowing you to release tension, improve circulation, and cultivate mindfulness. With personalized adjustments and modifications tailored to your unique needs, you will have the opportunity to explore your body's capabilities and limitations in a safe and supportive environment.

Breathwork is a type of circular connected breathing that shifts consciousness & brings us into deeper states of healing. This type of breath work allows us to release stagnant energy and tap into what we may be repressing in our bodies. I work with a variety or different breathwork techniques, and each experience will be uniquely curated to you or your groups individual needs.

Private Ceremonial Experience
I work with a variety of sacred Plant Medicines and can curate an intentional space for you to connect and go deep with these plant allies. My ceremonies consist of prayer, visualization, deep guided meditations, breathwork, live sound therapy, intuitive touch/ energy work and much more. I will hold you safely through the entire experience and anything that arises on your journey. I am also here to guide you leading up to your journey and for integration support post journey. Microdosing is a practice that involves taking a sub-perceptual dose of psylocibin in order to experience subtle, but beneficial, effects on mood, cognition, and creativity.
